A Little Bit About Me
I’ve been working in the field of mental health for over ten years, supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges.
Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of working in many different settings—from schools and community mental health centers to hospitals, a university counseling center, and group private practices—which has shaped the way I approach therapy and connect with each person I work with.
Outside of my work as a therapist, I’m a mom of two. I love reading, traveling, discovering new restaurants, working out, and (like many of us!) binge-watching good TV shows. Most of all, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends
